  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will notified by text, phone, mail and/or email. If a randomly selected winner participated via text message, he/she will be required to respond to a phone call or text message within seventy-two (72) hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner’s name and address or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsors are not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. A prize won by an eligible participant who is a minor in his or her state of residence may be awarded to a minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner (or winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in the state of his/her residence) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within ten (10) days of prize notification.
